Jamaa Legends

I'll admit, I got the idea to make a Jamaa legends page from all the millions of Animal Jam blogs on the internet. The stories are written by.. Guess who? Me! Enjoy! :D

                             The Clover King

Long ago in Jamaa, there was no Lucky day. During what is now Lucky day's week, everyone was destined to have terrible luck. Jammers fought over rares. Jammers got scammed and bullied. And phantoms destroyed everything. But, one day a Jammer decided to change that.

"Where is everyone?" Enchanted called, her voice echoing over the empty street. Her eyes welled with tears. "Nobody came!" She was about to give up, when she saw a familiar face walking down the pathway. "Mira!" She yelled, racing towards the cloaked figure. "Hello Enchanted." Mira smiled, and Enchanted tried to make a respectful bow. Mira walked into the den. "I see Jamaa is not doing so well." "No." Enchanted nodded. "The phantoms have taken over everything! And scamming and rare fighting and bullying is getting way out of hand." "I see." Mira sighed. "I'm afraid there are not many options. I may have to consult the Phantom King and sacrifice Jamaa's beta. But," She sighed again. "I think its for the best." Enchanted felt like shouting. This was Jamaa's faithful leader, not a bird who gave up! Silence poured across the room, and Enchanted looked behind her, checking for the phantom's sinister stares. Yet, all that confronted her emerald green eyes was a wall. Suddenly a lightbulb flashed in her mind. "I've got it!" She cried. "Yes?" Mira replied. Enchanted nodded. "We talk to the Clover king!" She said, excitedly swiping her tail across the wooden floor."  "Good idea Enchanted." Mira told her. "We will use the gem teleporter to be teleported to his kingdom." Suddenly, there was a flash of light, and soon the party decorated walls dissapeared to golden jeweled pillars. Enchanted gasped. It was beautiful. Tall golden pillars stood, proudly towering over heavy treasure chests lined with silver, and overflowing with jewelry. It was exactly like the castle Enchanted saw only in dreams. Except for one thing. The golden pillars weren't actually made of gold. They were made of vines, flowers, crystal, and leaves! Everything glistened emerald green, and you couldn't help but slitting your eyes when you saw the blaring bright light of the sun pouring out through the window. The window, of course, had green curtains. "Welcome." A booming voice echoed through the castle. Everything was still in the blink of a second, as if it was frozen in time. She could only hear heavy breathing coming from the king's servants as they bowed down to the leprechaun king. He wore a green cape lined with clover and decorated with clover too. He wore an emerald crown, wrapped with rare vines from the forest. "Come here." The king announced. Enchanted slowly crept towards the glorious figure, trembling in his glory. "Hu-hello cl-co-clu-clover king."The king smiled from his emerald throne. "So," He said, noticing the worried expression on both Mira's and Enchanted's face. "What seems to be the problem?" "Well," Mira started. "The bad luck week is becoming worse." She quickly explained all the terrible things going on in Jamaa. The phantom king listened, nodding and murmuring to himself after every few sentences.  "I have a solution." The phantom king announced. "But it may not seem like the kind of solution you want." Enchanted cast a worried glance at Mira. She expected Mira to be worried. yet she discovered only a tiny speck of worry on the leader's face. "I'm afraid that not everything can be fixed." the clover king said. "But this is all I can do. Sadly, I can't fix the fighting and scamming and bullying, because it is not the phantoms who are to blame. Enchanted gasped. "It is the Jammers of Jamaa. They have been tearing away from our culture, our legends, the hope beneath Jamaa's front cover. Rares have taken over, and the rare flag is covering Jamaa's love. This week is not even Unlucky week. It is only a bad week because this is the annual week when Jammer's honor rares!" A sea of shocked expressions overcame the room. "But how?" Enchanted stammered. "Well." The king said, "As you probaly know, many Jammers buy rare Unlucky Week inspired items around this time. Scammers want them, Jammers fight over them,  and Jammers bully each other if they don't have the new rares. The phantoms smell the bullied Jammer's fear, and come raiding over Jamaa. I am sorry to say it Mira, but I do not think AJ culture will survive. The rare flag waves over Jamaa's love, and hope and peace." A flicked of worried emotion overcame Mira, yet she kept her kind, brave and warmhearted face so Enchanted would not be discouraged. "I think we may need to stop beta." She said quietly. Enchanted was frozen with shock now. "But beta is amazing!" She yelled. "Why does it need to be stopped?" "Well," Mira stated. "Sadly beta is only a testing period. It is clear that Jammers cannot handle beta. I have to change it to keep even only a flicker of Jamaa's legends, and true history and creativity. "Silent tears came down Mira's face, and she wept and wept and wept. Enchanted tried to comfort her, but after many trys she decided to let Mira feel what she felt, and sat next to Mira with her twisted ear laying against Mira's feathers. Soon she and Mira left, and the tesing period was over. Jammers protested. But they continued their scamming and bullying, and Jamaa stayed the same. Finally Mira came to a decision. She made Enchanted great-great grandchild, Greely, along with many more shamans, bring peace to Jamaa. Together the shamans protected over the great Jamaa, gathering a team of moderators to keep Jamaa's culture safe. Yet, sadly, shamans have not been being named lately. They help protect over Jamaa, and keep us safe in times of danger, and love all of Jamaa with all their hearts. they deserve to be named! But it is not just that that Jamaa needs to fix. Jammers need to spread Jamaa's true culture! Listen to the Clover King's words, and listen to his wisdom. you might discover that this story holds more than meets the eye.
This flag is the sign of Jamaa. Keep it that way. Go to your den, and spread Jamaa flags over the walls!

Thanks for listening to that story. I truly put all of my AJ love into it! :D If you want to help Jamaa, remember this sentence; "Every Jammer counts." I suggest you do all that you can to help Jamaa shimmer and shine! Join the Jamaasian movement. Tell Jammer's about AJ's legends and history! Be kind! Collect AJ culture inspired quotes! And the most important thing of all, know in your heart that; "Without all of you Jammers out there making a difference, and without the shamans, the real AJ could have ended long ago! Comment and tell about important experiences you have had in AJ showing AJ's true meaning. Bye Jammers!
